Tony O’Brien brings over 30 years of experience in digital, IT, and e-commerce sectors to PPS, ensuring that all technology and IT requirements are managed seamlessly. He has worked alongside Carl Burroughs for 16 years at Integrated Dental Marketing (IDM), where he led technical strategy and project delivery for hundreds of digital initiatives, including website development, marketing campaigns, and operational systems.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from RMIT and is completing a Masters of Marketing at Griffith University. He has held technical and strategic roles at major organisations such as Lonely Planet and JBWere, and has developed over 300 websites using the most effective technologies and strategies.

With more than 14 years of experience in the dental sector, Tony has crafted successful marketing campaigns for major groups and collaborated with over 160 individual dental practices, giving him unique insight into the operational and technological needs of professional practices.

At PPS, Tony ensures that all IT systems, projects, and technology solutions run smoothly from start to finish. His strategic approach, technical expertise, and commitment to efficiency support the team in delivering outstanding outcomes for every client.
